What is the minimum age to rent a car?

In most countries, the main driver must be at least 22 years old to rent a car, with the possibility of renting a car from 19 years of age and with one years license in Spain and Portugal.

What about the driving license? 

 When picking up the car you have to present your driving license, legally issued in your country of residence and you must have held a driver's license for a minimum of 1 year

What driving licenses do we accept?

• Domestic Customer: Customers with the same nationality as the country of collection only need the Driving License of their country. (for example: an Italian who rents in Italy).
• Europeans from the European Union: Customers from the European Union with collection in the European Union need the Driving License of their country only if it is written in Roman alphabet. An international driving license accompanied by the Driving License of your country is also accepted if it is not written in the Roman alphabet.

Necessary documentation:

In addition to the valid driving license, you must present an identification document, such as a passport or ID.

Payment Methods

In order to formalize the rental of your vehicle, it will be necessary to present -credit card (only Master and / or Visa accepted) and / or - debit card depending on the country where the vehicle will be collected, on which the excess and the fuel deposit will be provisionally blocked / charged, if applicable (See the Terms and Conditions of your Reservation), The holder of the rental contract must be the holder of the credit card (Master and / or Visa) and / or debit card.

This card must be presented at the office in order to sign the rental contract. Similarly, we remind you that payment with contactless technology, virtual cards, Diners Club, American Express, Postepay or cash will not be accepted.
